Q: But what if I’ve opened the package and tried the product out?
A: Well, there’s not much sense having a return policy that doesn’t let you actually try the product – so as long as you didn’t break it in half or use it as kindling for your fire, we’ll be happy to accept an open package.
Q: Do I have to pay for shipping the return back?
A: Yup! Sorry, but we don’t cover any return shipping costs but feel free to use the cheapest method possible.
Q: When will I be refunded for my return?
A: You will be refunded within five (5) business days upon our receipt of your return. If you have any questions regarding this, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
Q: What if I want to return the product more than 60 days after I've purchased it?
A: We usually don't accept returns more than 60 days out but if we do, there will often be a restocking fee assessed depending on the condition of the product.
