What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

First, please accept our most sincere apology for the disappointment because we take the utmost pride in shipping the most high-quality items, and damaged/faulty products are not typical of our operation.

But with that said - [stuff] happens.  And if your product is damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately (help@playbetterstore.com or 888-738-5527). We'll ship you out a brand new product immediately and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send back the defective product!
