Q: But what if I’ve opened the package and tried the product out?
A: Well ,there’s not much sense having a return policy that doesn’t let you actually try the product – so as long as you didn’t break it in half or use it as kindling for your fire, we’ll be happy to accept an open package.
Q: Do I have to contact PlayBetter.com before making the return?
A: Yes, you must request a Return Code by contacting our customer happiness team. Once your return has been authorized and you’ve received your Return Code, see the next step below!
Q: Where do I send my return once it has been authorized?
A: Once you’ve received your Return Code, simply pack up the product in a secure shipping container (feel free to use the one it arrived in) and send it to:

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping the return back?
A: Yup! Sorry but we don’t cover any return shipping costs but feel free to use the cheapest method possible OR use our discounted UPS rates. (See below.)
Q: Can I use PlayBetter.com’s discounted UPS rates to ship back? How can I pay for that?
A: Absolutely! When you contact us regarding your return, simply let us know that you’d like to have us send you an electronic shipping label using our discounted UPS rates. Our UPS Ground rates range between $6-15.
We’ll then determine the cost of the shipment and send you over a PayPal invoice. Once this has been paid, we’ll email you over the UPS label which can be slapped on the package and dropped off at your nearest UPS Store.
Q: When will I be refunded for my return?
