I can't pair my Swingbyte and my smartphone! What can I do?

Ensure that Swingbyte is turned on (the green light will illuminate), and that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.  
While you can pair your Swingbyte with multiple devices, it can only be connected to one device at a time for recording swings. Also note - for Apple users, the blue LED light will illuminate once paired. For Android users, the blue LED light on Swingbyte will illuminate once “+Add Swings” has been pressed in the Swingbyte app.

If you're still having trouble, try these steps to rest the device:

-Turn off your Swingbyte and leave it off for at least a minute
-Unpair from your phone (if necessary)
-Turn off your phone
-Turn on your Swingbyte, then leave it on for at least a minute
-Turn on your phone
-Re-pair Swingbyte with your phone
